Bug Report: no ID nor email received

After sending "Bug Report" the number "Bug Report" is not written and notification on mail is not received. How do I know the "Bug Report" number I sent?

Of course I checked all the folders. It’s not the first time I’ve been sending the “Bug Report” to Opera and Vivaldi, but now there’s no notice from Opera that a number has been assigned and email arrives.

I have a question - why now there is no notification in which the number assigned to a certain report is written?
Who can explain what is happening? Opera decided to completely degrade?

Most probably it's a bug in the bug report page.
