However I was able to install the extension to Chrome.  Using up to date Opera beta.</p>

Actually I have the <a href="https://everywhere" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">https://everywhere</a> extension installed in Opera Stable version, so I tried to install it in the beta, but no go so far.</p>
