Link address are not shown hovering links in pages.
It seems that the latest updates have not improved the situation.
To restore the display I have to:

  • Go to opera: // flags /
  • Find "GPU rasterization"
  • Select "Disabled" (because it is enabled)
  • restart Browser
  • Select again "Enabled"

Link address are shown ... for a while (it does not seem very stable)

I have not tried to disable GPU rasterization (yet), but looks like this behavior is somehow related to background page loading and/or some specific set of pages.
Initially links are displayed, then for some time (until all or some pages are clicked or loaded?) links are often not displayed - and usually after few hours of Opera use link popups again appear correctly.
