I currently have Windows 7. If I copied the contents of the folders:
C:\Users[system profile]\AppData\Roaming\Opera Software\Opera Stable
C:\Users[system profile]\AppData\Local\Opera Software\Opera Stable
I could copy them to the new Opera installation if I:

stayed on the same computer but for example he wanted to re-install Opera or install Opera Portable

I would change the computer with the installation of Windows 10.

In both (actually in three) cases, I would have fully operational new installations of the Opera containing:

history of pages viewed

information about downloaded files

browser settings

state of plugins (enabled, disabled, scripts, their settings, etc.) - I am using the Opera extensions, but also from the Chrome Web Store

I think yes, but I prefer to make sure Can I copy both folders, for example on a pendrive, to have a backup of the above mentioned Opera data?
