<![CDATA[Opera won't update stuck on version 58.0.3135.68]]>i'm getting the notification to update to Opera 58.0.3135.79 and restart my browser, but when i do it's still the same version and it keeps downloading updates and asking me to restart.

I tried uninstalling, clearing all data, rebooting, and reinstall. Same problem. Hangs on the first process, other processes work fine but are controlled by the master.
