<![CDATA[Make the instant search bar appear globally when Opera is running.]]>It looks and behaves like the mac's spotlight or Alfred, and it would be massively useful to have a floating web browser for various search related needs.
This alone would push me personally from using opera/safari about 50/50 to using opera almost 100% of the time

would love to be able to acess the floating instant search everywhere and not be limited to only opera tabs/window.
