A bug that has been present since ~O56:
Expected behaviour: When I download a file, if it is successful, I should have no browser notification. If it fails/has a problem, the taskbar icon for Opera should turn red (Windows standard).
What actually happens: When I download a file, whether successful or not, Opera's taskbar icon turns red and stays red until it is restarted.

Some types of firewalls (aka internet security software) are known to block private headers - in the past this resulted in Opera not knowing the file size on downloads. This makes Opera try to download past the end of the file, which of course produces an error. Se if there's a setting about blocking private headers - and if so then turn it off.
