<![CDATA[Opera update fails]]>Opera is unable to do the updates seen in the "update and recovery" menu. On restart the browser comes up pretty quickly and has the same version (no wonder). Then it starts downloading the same update again!

I reported the problem to opera couple of months back but it just keeps going on and on. The only way I can update Opera is to run the installer again

Update log shows some issue with locales which causes the updater to Crash. I am baffled why there is a contention because my locale on Win10 is EN and same is with Opera

Having to download the installer is not only an annoyance, it also defeats the purpose of having an updater in the browser.

Please fix this.
