If it is a general Chromium bug, we may have to wait for a fix from Google. If it is strictly an Opera bug, then the developers should be able to fix it themselves.</p>

So the middle key of my mouse can be tilt left or right. Previously I use that for horizontal scrolling.</p>

Tilt wheel, middle-click scroll, hover over scrollbar and use wheel, etc. There must be a dozen ways to scroll horizontally - depending on what hardware or software you have - so we need to know which one(s) are not working as expected.</p>
