<![CDATA[Horizontal scrolling not working but act as forward/back]]>I was trying to scroll the code blocks in https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Learn/HTML/Introduction_to_HTML/Document_and_website_structure , however whenever I trying to scroll horizontally with my mouse, the browser only back/forward, and I have to click and drag using the left click, which is annoying.

Can you take a looking into this? Opera version 58.0.3135.65, Windows 1803

If it is a general Chromium bug, we may have to wait for a fix from Google. If it is strictly an Opera bug, then the developers should be able to fix it themselves.

So the middle key of my mouse can be tilt left or right. Previously I use that for horizontal scrolling.

Tilt wheel, middle-click scroll, hover over scrollbar and use wheel, etc. There must be a dozen ways to scroll horizontally - depending on what hardware or software you have - so we need to know which one(s) are not working as expected.
