Not impossible, though easier to do on a desktop (presuming Sync is working properly). That is to say, if you have Sync enabled then your Android speed dials show up within the bookmarks manager on your desktop system, making it fairly easy to transfer them to your regular bookmarks. Then Sync just has to copy everything back to your Android system and you're done. Not sure how you'd do it just on Android, short of visiting each site and adding it manually to bookmarks.
