<![CDATA[New Opera Stable Version 58.0.3135.47 will not start]]>After updating to the newest version of Opera -- Opera Stable Version 58.0.3135.47 -- on my Lenovo ThinkPad X220 laptop (Windows 10 Professional 84-bit), the browser repeatedly refused to start. After 10 fruitless attempts, I gave up and deleted it from my laptop.

To say that I am angry and frustrated by this turn of events would be an understatement, as I had made opera my laptop's default browser. WHY won't it start? and HOW do I reinstall the previous version?
