Versions:
Home: Unknown right now (I'm at work), I will assume it's at least version 54.xxxx
Work: 59.0.3192.0
Android: 50.0.2401.135049 (beta)
Also on Android: 49.2.2361.134358

My current Android phone is: SM-G965U
Old Android phone was: SM-G920P
Home computer: Szamitogep-2
Work Computer: Hyperion

I'm logged into my Opera account on all devices (except the old Android, that's gone).

On my work and home computers, when I check my bookmarks, then select "Other Speed Dials", I only see "SM-G920P" and "SZAMITOGEP-2"
On my Android, Opera Beta, I see: "SM-G920P" and "SZAMITOGEP-2"
On my Android, Opera, I see: "SM-G920P" and "SZAMITOGEP-2"
On my Android Opera instances I see that "SZAMITOGEP-2" was last synced August 7th, 2018.

On all devices, in the Opera Settings, I have Sync Enabled and within that, "Bookmarks and Speed Dials" is also enabled.

Why are my work and Android Opera instances not Syncing their Speed Dials to my Opera account? And, why has home Opera instance not sync'd since August?

Thanks,
