Looking to restrict browsing times

I need to restrict the times that opera can be used, unfortunately I haven't had any luck with the search feature, I guess my phrasing/wording isn't correct for what I am looking for.
Are there any add-ons/extensions that can do this for me? Or with in the browsers settings?

Maybe an add-on or external software, but nothing in settings.

@mrlee123 What you're looking for, unfortunately, typically falls into the category of Parental Control software, which usually now is paid software. Windows 7 used to have a pretty useful built-in Parental tool for scheduling individual app program access hours, but later Windows versions have moved away from that functionality. Check at https://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,2817,2346997,00.asp for a review of some makers of this kind of software.
