I need to restrict the times that opera can be used, unfortunately I haven't had any luck with the search feature, I guess my phrasing/wording isn't correct for what I am looking for.
Are there any add-ons/extensions that can do this for me? Or with in the browsers settings?

Windows 7 used to have a pretty useful built-in Parental tool for scheduling individual app program access hours, but later Windows versions have moved away from that functionality.
