If so Menu > Extensions > Enable "Allow in private mode" for that extension.

If you are talking about Opera 12 then i gueess that it does not work on private tabs afaik.

If you go to (menu) > Extensions, each extension will have a checkbox on whether to allow it to work in private mode.
