When I open certain webpages, they are not loading as I expect them to. This started with Google Hangouts loading with all bold text, but it has spread to Wikipedia not breaking text as it should and some pages even load as only plain text. I've tried reinstalling, disabling all ad-blockers, and uninstalling all extensions, but none of that has worked.
