For me it´s an important function.

On my 10,1" tablet i use opera in telephone app layout and there is so many room for shortcuts like this.
The Boat browser also had an option to customize the toolbar.

I tried with Dolphin and once again I had to switch to desktop mode to make the buttons function. Once I'm in the reply dialog I can type in mobile mode.

I had posted a comment using a desktop browser and no in my phone was replying to a comment. It didn't work in the default mobile mode. I have to switch to desktop mode to even get the buttons on the forum to respond. This affects the reply button and the category list popup.
