Ad blocker not working on a site

Isn't Publisher's Clearing House itself just one big ad? The ad blocker can only block ads from external ad servers, not from the site you are trying to visit. When I visit the site I do see one external ad try to load, but apparently it doesn't work on Linux (which I'm using at the moment)
