If I hook up the old drive, is there anyway to capture those saved speed dial sites? I did not have an Opera account either but since have one. I used it like bookmarks and now wish i had bookmarked instead as I have lost many that I wanted to save thinking nothing would happen etc. If anyone knows how I can somehow find them if that is possible with old hard drive. Thank you, Andrea

You can try renaming the current Bookmarks file, paste the old one into Opera's profile folder, export the bookmarks, rename the Bookmarks files to its original name and import the bookmarks that you have exported.
Then you should find your speed dials in 'other speed dials'.
