This displays a modal for you to type a folder name and choose where to save the bookmarks.

On Opera, the only option is to save to an untitled folder in Speed-dials.

Could we please also have the Chromium-like way of doing it as well?

The reason is that I used to just put up with having a bunch of folders at the bottom of my speed-dials, but even on a hexacore PC it lagged massively when dragging/dropping anything. I end up having to do clean-ups frequently where I'd move them all to "Other bookmarks". This wouldn't be a problem if I could've saved them where I wanted them from the start instead of letting them pile up into a mess.
