<p dir="auto">I can't publish my extension because "A package with this name already exists. Please change the name or upgrade the existing package.". The problem is that I had to unpublish it from the store because it was obsolete. Now, I would like to release it again but I can't. How to fix this issue?</p>

<p dir="auto">so before my extension was stop-it, i deleted it and now my extension is stop--it ( thats inside the manifest.json )</p>
