All I do is open a new tab by clicking the + on the tab bar, press CTRL-V, then enter.</p>

Although I wouldn't call it "forgetting", just a fraction of a second inaccuracy, and not expecting yet another of billions of keyboard shortcuts!  I'll go disable that one aswell....</p>
