Opera 3 login Error

HI folks, I am trying to install Pegasus Opera 3 on Toshiba Portege 64 bit windows 10. after giving the logging in credentials, the window freezes with error "please wait while you are logged on to Opera 3" than then it never logs in and keep on waiting. any thoughts?

Opera 3? There is nothing to login in Opera 3. Also, what is Pegasus Opera?

Are you talking about the Opera browser?

You've got the wrong "Opera" at this website. You are referring to an Opera3 accounting/financial program (see http://www.pegasus.co.uk/content.asp?PagePath=Home/Software/Software Overview/Opera 3 ), rather than the entirely different Opera web browser program that is the subject of these forums.
