Video on some portals and etc.
Updated to opera version-stable_56.0.3051.99_amd64.deb, those bugs that were on the former, with the same video, fixed. However, this system frame is missing. Tabs shrunk. In General on me-so not very.
Solved the same situation in Yandex.browser, through the inclusion of browser: / / flags, item - System windows controls
In the Opera, apparently something else is responsible for the system representation. Can't find. Can who knows?

There is no command line switch or some parameter in opera://flags that would do the job, so we are all waiting for the devs to do something...
