With new update remove Chromecast, why this happen or where I can add Chromecast in the setting

Open the file Local State in a text editor and check if the following line has the correct country code.

"location":{"country":"br","country_from_server":"br"}

@leocg I've seen the other thread where you discovered this was the issue. I happened to see "DNA-69790 Replace reads of kLocationCountry pref by querying LocationStorage" in https://blogs.opera.com/desktop/changelog-for-56/#b3051.10. Wonder if it's related.
