I see others have observed this and opera has taken no notice. It is essential to allow us to remove entries in 'ALLOWED to make notifications' I am so against google that if this cannot be deleted i may need to chane browser reluctantly. Also please tell us where this information is stored so that i can remove it as a last resort.<br />
This security breach needs to be made known in computer literature</p>

It might be due to one of the hidden component extensions that you can see with <code>launcher --show-component-extension-options</code>. But, you won't be able to disable any of those to tell which one is the culprit.</p>
