I run it on a a small Notebook with Windows 7 32 bit. It has 1Gb of RAM and 3Gb paging file, and yet it claims that it has run out of memory frequently. It doesnt appear to be utilising the memory that's available. I clean out my cache, using CCleaner at the start of every day and whenever Opera freezes. Maximum disk space used appears to be of the order of 400-500K. Is there a 64-bit version, and would that work running in a Windows 32 bit environment?

When you add up all the memory usage associated with each Opera task, its not that enormous, and the Process explorer very rarely shows me running at full memory usage

Try checking Opera's task manager to see what is using that much memory.
