<![CDATA[VPN for torrents]]>I'm using the VPN on Opera. I've opened a torrent and started D/l. However, it's only D/ling at a rate of 55-63 kb/s. This is unacceptable. I'm normally D/ling @ 1.4-1.7 mb/s. Yes, even that's slow, but it is because I'm using a "public" internet. So why, now, has the D/l rate suddenly dropped back to almost nothing? I've, at present, got 7 peers/ no leeches.
