<![CDATA[Need Permission to open Downloaded pictures]]>When I download a cartoon I want to save, I cannot Open it unless I go to Properties and Unblock it, or give it permission to Open. It is as if Opera has given me a User that Needs Permission to open something. What is going on, Opera?
