(For example, if you go to a website, one way to do that is to right click on the website, and choose, "add to speed dial."  When you do that for two website you will have two rectangular thumbnails of the two sites on your Speed Dial.  Now use the mouse to drag one of the rectangular thumbnails mostly over the other, and you will see the creation of a folder.  If you right click on the folder, you can edit the title of it.  Normally, you create the folder for similar items.  Let's say, a folder for music sites, or general news, etc. You can put a lot of sites together in one folder, if you choose, thereby creating a speed dial within the folder.</p>
