Browse bookmarks from sidebar

Hi,
I use Opera daily since a few months and overall I'm very satisfied with it.
One thing, I always look in a browser is how bookmarks are displayed. I have a LOT of bookmarks manually organised by categories (I'm picky about this). The problem is that it's never fast enough for productivity (at least in my mind).
Right now, the heart logo on the sidebar opens a new tab, with all bookmarks and organising features. That's a great feature and it is totally required! But I would love it if that same button would do something different than opening the bookmarks from menu. It would be nice to have a single clic to open a folders content preview on a mouse over basis so no clics would be required to browse the entire "Other Bookmarks" folder (There should be an option as well to not include the bookmark bar because it is always displayed on my browser).
Maybe I'm not alone wishing this to happen.

Really only needs extension button to the toolbar. With options what bookmarks to show (folders). I'd have only Bookmarks Bar folder - so we'd had vertical bookmarks bar (also in options to set size of the container). The oooolllllldddd horizontal bar is a #hasbeen.
