<![CDATA[Opera VPN issue]]>Hello,

I've been having this weird issue lately (I don't know for so long).

For some reason I can't seem to disable VPN on Opera. I've disabled it in settings but it seems to be still on. I don't use any VPN programs or have proxy set up, yet when i check my internet speed at speedtest I noticed different ip than usual (I have static one) and the speed cut quite a bit (from usual 400-900mb dl to like 40-30).

Does anyone else have this issue and have idea how to turn off the VPN ? It seems so weird that it's on all the time. It only happens on Opera.
