Had spent 2 hours with reinstallations and recovery, eventually found the culprit of friezes

C: \ Users \ YOUR username \ AppData \ Roaming \ Opera Software \ Opera Stable \ Sync Data

In it there is a database file sql SyncData.sqlite3
By deleting this file, the opera does not hang anymore ...

Here is such a BAG on the level ground ...
