SAME Easy Fix....

Download Previous version: Opera 54.0.2952.71
https://ftp.opera.com/pub/opera/desktop/54.0.2952.71/win/

Close Immediately.
Disable Auto Updates by renaming:
opera_autoupdate.exe --to--> opera_autoupdate.exe.old
in C:\Program Files (x86)\Opera\54.0.2952.71

Then click: About Opera... and will Not Update.
