This is getting beyond ridiculous. I've deleted a whole bunch of bookmarks for: booking, yahoo, facebook, youtube, amazon, ebay... from my Speed Dial something like 5 times within the past couple of hours. They keep coming back to the top of my Speed Dial. I tried emptying bookmarks Trash too, to no avail.

My browser has not updated today as far as I know. Usually this happens ONCE after an update and I just trash the new bookmarks.

WTF Opera? This virus-like behaviour is completely unacceptable.

FYI: my location is Ukraine, but I had to manually change it to United Kingdom in the "Local State" file. That way my search bar is not Yandex, but Google. Yandex has been blocked in Ukraine for months for their involvement in Russia's information warfare which aids an actual war against my country in which people die every day. But again, Opera seems to have no respect for that either.
