<![CDATA[RSS tags not working in XML documents]]>This page loads as a blank black page on Opera 54.0.2952.71 : http://blog.castlelearning.com/ela/rss.xml
On further investigation I figured out that there is some issue with RSS tags, i.e. this also loads with a blank black page:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<rss></rss>

Is this is known bug ?
