Just a guess but it seems to fit the available facts.</p>

On other forums which have this software, your reputation score (which is upvotes for your posts minus downvotes) determines this. It isn't supposed to here, but possibly a recent update changed it. (You'll find I had a post like this over on the Vivaldi forums.) I upvoted your last two posts - that may not quite be enough but try it.</p>
