Could anyone tell me the meaning of CHR/DNA (and other abbreviations if any) in the changelog?

Q-2:
Is there a parent RSS feed that includes all the child categories, such as:

DNAWIZ means desktop (Opera) filed through the wizard DNA (no WIZ) means not filed through the wizad - either staff, testers or perhaps partners reported it.
