"I consent to the first requirement ...."
"I consent to the second requirement also"

where the blank space to the left of the representative (not accurate quote) text was where there were invisible boxes to check; the first two times, not having checked those boxes which were not there, in my humble view, the page rebounded. Finally I enlarged the page to nearly 200 % and the "boxes" to be checked could just barely be seen. In the absence of any text which would let me know I had to check the two boxes, I simply clicked on the "SUBMIT" and was rebounded to the page again and again

I suggest there is a quick, effective way to solve such an issue without getting crazy: by adding a short phrase to the existing text, for example to add a phrase,
". . . . . . and to indicate your acceptance/agreement two boxes to the left of the two requirements below must be checked."

Thank you for considering this suggestion to add a short phrase.

erratum - okay how to complete and exit - obviously something, text, boxes, buttons which are not visible on y screen?

As far as posting goes, if you have a wide enough screen you see a two-pane view with text entry on the left and preview on the right (though you can disable the preview pane), and on the right are a Discard and Submit button. On a narrow screen there's no preview, and above the formatting tools is sort of a title bar - the right-pointing arrow at the right end of the title bar is the Submit button. (I didn't pay attention to it, but I presume there must be a discard button on the left.)

You can also hide the reply field (to view something else, like a message you are replying to) by tapping the orange circle, then come back to it by tapping the circle again.
