VPN connecting to the wrong country

I've been trying to use the integrated opera VPN recently, but for some reason, no matter which region I choose, it only connects me to a Ukrainian server. Is this a problem with my opera client or is this a persistent problem for everyone?

@cctyrant Most probably nothing is wrong but just the site guessing your location wrongly.
