Hello there
I would like to double-click on a tab to close all other tabs. Is it possible and how can I have this behavior?

There is a extension for that on Firefox: TabMixPlus. But it doesn't exist on Opera.
If someone knows an equivalent, please share!

So, there is no way to set-up mouse shortcut when we click on tabs? How comes?

Hello there
Any updates on having an option to have the behavior?
Firefox does it but I want to stay on Opera: https://techdows.com/2018/03/close-a-tab-in-firefox-with-double-click.html

Hi @gigatoaster, it's not exactly what you expect, but you can try to use one of the below mentioned extensions:
1. Close Other Tabs - one click on the extension button,
2. Keyboard Shortcuts to Close Other/Right Tabs - default shortcut Alt+Shift+O,
3. Keyboard shortcuts to close Chrome tabs - default shortcut Alt+Shift+W.In the last two extensions, you can also add your custom shortcut to close other tabs: go to
opera:settings/keyboardShortcuts
, and type "oth" in the search box on the right of "Keyboard shortcuts", or simply scroll down to either "Keyboard Shortcuts to Close Other/Right Tabs" or "Keyboard shortcuts to close Chrome tabs", then click "Type a shortcut" on the right of "Close other Tabs", and press your own key combination. -

Hello there
Is it possible to put the little icon on the left instead of the right?
Also is there a native feature now to close other tabs? -

Hello there
So I use the little extension to close all other tabs but the button is on the right and I can’t put it on the left.
So let me ask the question again: when would it be possible to “close other tabs” by double clicking on current tab?
I used TabMixPlus on Firefox and that was great. I wonder why on Opéra, it is not possible to configure this.
