I think this is really good feature. I want to disable all extensions on predefined website list. For example: on bank website I want to have clear browser without extensions that are scanning whole website code but I don't want to open browser in private mode.
The same case can be used in messages.android.com where I can read auth codes from banks and it can be break in security that extensions can scan bank website and web access for SMS content.
