<![CDATA[Bug: variable scrolling speed]]>Hello.
I've noticed that a speed of scrolling (when I use mouse wheel) can be normal or slow. In some sites it is normal, in some - slow, in others — changes from one to one.

I've made screencasts with examples. I scroll by one turn of a wheel.

When I use Chrome, I have normal speed everywhere.

I noticed that If I switch off flag "Threaded scrolling", I get slow speed everywhere.

I'm using last Opera version, macOS 10.13.6.

It's very annoying. I hope you'll fix it.
