Next to the video there is another scroll bar that scrolls video and comments separately from the proposed video on the right side. How can I disable it or is it a bug? In chrome, there is no such problem. Opera 54.0.2952.54

It can also be some setting on Youtube.

Here at 1920x1080 I don't see such scroll bar.
How Chrome behaves on that?

Is DPI set to 100%? What about zoom in Opera?
