But after a while of using it, it always appear on top of all other application. Meaning, if I click Google Chrome or other applications on my taskbar, the Opera's browser will still remain on top of Google Chrome (and other apps). The only way for me to see other apps is to minimize the Opera browser or close it.</p>
<p dir="auto">This has been happening for many many months and I couldn't figure out why.</p>
