Has its merits, but usually too much of an inconvenience. Same for passwords and autofill - you want the convenience or the security?</p>
<p dir="auto">Speaking of, a lot of options mentioned on that page have little to do with security. Cookies, sure, but quic?</p>
<p dir="auto">Protocol handlers... if you use Opera to view webmail then it may make sense to allow your webmail site to be set as a protocol handler. Other than that, they tend to be annoying and I'd agree on disabling them.</p>
