<![CDATA[Message "This Site Can't be reached..the connection was reset"]]>I frequently receive this message when accessing websites. There is a delay and the website eventually comes up.
Below the message there is advice on things to check, i.e. Checking the connection, checking the proxy and firewall, Running Network diagnostics, I am not using a proxy server, Opera has ingoing and outgoing access through my firewall and my Network diagnostics found no problems.! See if it helps.
