[Bug] Restoring Opera profile files breaks cookies/site storage

I often reinstall Windows by fully formatting my system partition, but before I do it, I backup user profile files. Meaning I don't have to manually install all the Opera addons, settings and stuff and login to all of it. So I first copy user profile files back, install Opera and it works. Except doing so apparently breaks cookies/site data storage because while everything seems to work, Opera refuses to remember ANY login. Cookies and site stored data are still listed there, but it'll ask me to login again regardless. I can then login again, have all the "Remember me" ticked and it won't remember ANYTHING. I've even tried deleting all cookies and it was still not working. It's super annoying and it shouldn't be happening. I want to be able to restore user profile files that I've backed up and expect Opera to work flawlessly afterwards. That always worked with Firefox, but with Opera, it's just partial as this is broken entirely. I was forced to reinstall it clean again and by hand install all the addons and log into them one by one which is super annoying. Please fix this.
