<![CDATA[Opera not reporting video capabilities correctly]]>Until my upgrade to 21, I was able to play videos in WebM format. Now the browser doesn't report the capabilities.

WebM videos are supported. I can't tell you how third party website report video capabilities, but youtube.com seems to get it right (at least on my machine).
