As you can see in the image, the top part of the webpage disappear under the address bar.

all the page loses it's alignment. to click on the EULA link (in the pic) I need to aim much lower.

Switching to a different tab solve the problem, but it come back in 1-2 minutes.

I'm not the only one to have this problem and it has been present from at least opera 51.

Any idea of how to solve this?
